Leasing Company

We have been operating at Sadhana Flat 114 for quite a while now. It is tucked inside the Shree Mahalakshmi Housing Society just off Veera Desai Road in Andheri West. Being in this part of Mumbai means we see a lot of people coming and going. We handle leasing stuff here every day. Sometimes the traffic on Veera Desai Road gets to be a bit much, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We deal with various contracts and help people get settled into their new spots. Usually, it is just a lot of phone calls and checking documents to make sure everything is in order. We try to keep things straightforward because nobody really likes filling out complicated forms. People stop by when they are looking for a place or if they need to renew an old agreement. It is a small team here. We know the neighborhood well and how the local market moves around. If you are looking for the office, just look for the society entrance near the main road. We have seen the area change a lot lately with new buildings going up. We just focus on the leasing side and try to stay organized.
