It’s a pretty well-known spot in the area. Being in a mall is a bit different for a company like ours, but it works out well for the office side of things. We deal with medical and healthcare equipment, so we have a lot of catalogs and samples around the office. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. The elevators in the mall can be slow during the lunch rush, so we’ve learned to be patient. We spend our days talking to suppliers and making sure the right equipment gets to the right people. It’s a lot of phone work and emails. Veera Desai Road is always buzzing with people and cars. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many shops come and go in the mall. We stay focused on our own tasks. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us here trying to keep things running smoothly. The office is usually quiet unless we’re on the phone. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just supply healthcare gear from our fourth-floor office in Andheri.
