You can find us in Malad East, specifically in the Devchand Nagar area on Haji Bapu Road. It’s a bit of a trek if you're coming from the station, but it’s a good neighborhood. We handle colors and chemicals here. Often, you’ll see some stray powder on the floor or the counters because that’s just how it is when you work with dyes. Our clothes usually end up with a few stains by the end of the week. The shop isn't very big, so we have bags and containers stacked up wherever they can fit. We spend our time measuring things out or talking to people about which shade they need for their projects. Haji Bapu Road is always moving, with bikes and pedestrians passing by the front door. We like the local feel of the place. It’s not like those big sterile offices in the city. Here, we know the people at the tea stall and the other shopkeepers nearby. Sometimes the weather makes it humid inside, which isn't great for the powders, so we have to keep things sealed tight. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and pouring. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. We just do our job and try to keep everything running smooth. It’s a messy business sometimes, but we enjoy the work we do every day.
