Ruksmani Hospital

You can find Ruksmani Hospital right at number 9 Babulnath. We are directly opposite the Babulnath Temple on Road No 9 in Gamdevi. It is a very well-known area. Having the temple right there makes it easy to give directions to people. We have been in Gamdevi for quite a long time now. The hospital isn't very large, but we handle a lot of different things. The street is always busy with people going to the temple, so there is a lot of energy outside. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more quiet. It is an old building, typical for this part of the city. We haven't changed the layout much over the years. It has that lived-in feel. The staff here mostly speaks the local language and we know many of the families who live on Road No 9. We do not do any big advertising. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or they saw us while visiting the temple. It is a practical place. We do not have marble floors or fancy waiting rooms. We just have chairs and the equipment we need to do our jobs. Gamdevi is a special neighborhood, and we are just glad to have a spot here at Ruksmani Hospital. We stay busy with the day-to-day work and do not worry too much about being the biggest or the newest place around. It is just our way of doing things.
