Ruby Hall Clinic

Our clinic, Ruby Hall Clinic, sits right at 40 Sassoon Road. If you’re coming from the station, it’s a pretty short trip. The building is quite large and can be a bit intimidating if you’re coming in for the first time. We have a lot of different wings and sections. Usually, there’s a guard at the front who can point you in the right direction if you’re lost. It’s a busy environment. You’ll see doctors in white coats rushing between wards and families sitting in the waiting areas. We try to keep the floors clean, but with so many people walking through, it’s a constant job. The neighborhood around Sassoon Road has everything you might need, like pharmacies and small shops. Most people who work here have been doing this for a long time. We aren’t a new, shiny startup; we’re an established part of the city. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or slogans. We just make sure the equipment is working and the beds are ready. It’s a practical place for medical care. Sometimes the queues at the billing desk get long, especially in the afternoon. We just ask people to be patient. We do our best to help everyone who comes through the door without making a big fuss about it. It’s just a normal part of life for us here at the clinic.
