Rtengines Software Private Limited

Our small space is at 37, Nirlon Complex in Goregaon East. If you've ever tried to get to Goregaon during rush hour, you know what the traffic is like. Rtengines Software Private Limited started with just a couple of desks and some old laptops. Now we have a few more people, but it still feels like those early days. We spend most of the day staring at screens and trying to figure out why the code isn't doing what it should. It gets pretty quiet in here when everyone is focused. Then someone makes a joke and we all take a break. Nirlon Complex is a busy spot, lots of other offices around us. We usually grab tea from the stall downstairs because the office machine isn't great. We don't do big presentations or anything like that. We just write software and fix bugs. Sometimes we stay late because a project is acting up. The air conditioning is always a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at the desk. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We like being in this part of Mumbai. It feels like the center of everything. We've got wires running everywhere and whiteboards covered in scribbles that only we understand. It’s just us, working through the tasks one by one and trying to get home before the trains get too packed.
