We are based in Kalyan West at the Deeplaxmi Cooperative Housing Society. Specifically, we are in unit 1/105 in the B Wing, right across from the Godavari Society. This is on Agra Road, which is a busy spot in the 421301 zip code area. Our office at Rsb I Design Engineering Solutions Ltd isn't some fancy architectural firm with glass walls. It’s a regular room in a residential complex where we do our engineering and design work. We have a couple of large tables for blueprints and some decent computers for the heavy lifting. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we are trying to calculate measurements, but that’s just life in a housing society. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the overhead of a downtown skyscraper. We mostly deal with local projects and people who need technical designs for their builds. The walk from the main gate to the B Wing is short, and we are usually there from early morning until the sun goes down. We don’t have a polished receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us hunched over our screens or talking about a specific design flaw we found. It’s honest, technical work done by people who actually live and work in the neighborhood.
