Royal Residency Booking Office

We are based in Shop No 1 at Mahadev Niwas, right on the Mulund West Main Road. This is where we do all the booking work for the residency. It is a small office space with just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. The S L R road outside is always busy with cars and buses going past all day long. We keep the front door open to let some air in, even if it gets a bit dusty sometimes. We handle the phone calls and the bookings for people coming to stay. It is not a very exciting job, but we stay busy with all the details. We aren't some big corporate office with fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to people who walk in. Sometimes we have to explain things twice if the phone line is bad. We keep all our records in books and on a small computer we have in the corner. There is a tea stall nearby that brings us tea twice a day, which is nice. We have been in this spot for quite a while now and most of the neighbors know us. It is just a practical place to get the administrative work done so the residency can keep running. We try to be helpful and get the keys sorted out without too much trouble for anyone.
