Royal China Restaurant

Turner Road in Bandra West is always a bit of a scene. There are so many shops and people around. We are at number 192, and Popley Gold Plaza is just nearby, so that helps people find us. Bandra is a busy place, 400050. Royal China Restaurant has been on this street for a while. The sidewalk outside is usually crowded with people walking their dogs or heading to the other boutiques. Inside, it's a bit of a different world from the noisy street. We have the tables set up and the kitchen is always humming with the sound of the burners. It’s a lot of work to keep a place like this running in a spot like Bandra. The rent is high and the expectations are too, but we just do our thing. We don't have a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make the food and serve it. The staff is usually busy moving between the kitchen and the dining area. Sometimes the traffic on Turner Road is so bad that people arrive late for their meals, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We try to keep the place looking decent, though the salt air from the sea nearby can be tough on the paint. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation in one of the busiest parts of the city. We keep it moving.
