Roshchem Industries

Roshchem Industries operates out of Office No.-5 in the New Shrinagar CHS. We are located in the Shrinagar Society on P. L. Lokhande Marg in Chembur. It’s a very active part of town, so there’s always something going on right outside our door. We’ve been based in this office for quite a few years now. It’s not a massive space, but it serves us well for our daily operations. We don't have any of those modern office features like lounge areas or fancy coffee bars. It’s just a place where we sit down and get our work done. Being in Chembur is convenient because we are close to everything we need. Most of our time is spent managing industrial details and keeping our records straight. We don't use a lot of complicated language when we talk to people. We prefer to keep things simple and direct. The New Shrinagar CHS is a good community, and we’ve gotten to know many of the people who live and work around here. We don't do much in the way of promotion. We mostly rely on the fact that we’ve been at Office No.-5 for a long time and people know where to find us. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running a business. We show up every morning, deal with the tasks at hand, and try to keep things moving smoothly. It’s just regular work in a busy part of Chembur.
