Roshan

Our place is called Roshan and we are located in the Shah Industrial Estate on Deonar Road, specifically in Motilal Nagar. Being in an industrial estate means things are a bit different than a regular high street shop. There are a lot of trucks and vans moving around all day long, so it gets quite dusty and loud. We deal with various goods, mostly things that the workers and businesses around here need. It is a practical space with high ceilings and heavy shelves. We do not have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People come to us because they know we have the stuff they need for their work. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading boxes. It is physical work and your hands usually get dirty by noon. We have been in Motilal Nagar for a while and we have a good relationship with the other units in the estate. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. The address is easy to find once you get onto Deonar Road, but the estate itself is quite big. We do not really bother with big signs or colorful lights. We just keep our doors open and stay busy with whatever orders come in. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We are not trying to be something we are not. We are just Roshan, working out of a warehouse-style space and making sure the local trade has what it needs.
