We are located on the 7th floor of a building on C.S.T. Road in Kalina. It’s near Vidyanagari in Santacruz East. Being in Mumbai, things are always moving fast around here. Our office isn’t on the ground floor, so it’s a bit quieter than the street level, though you can still hear the traffic. We handle the management side of the concrete business from this spot. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork to make sure the concrete trucks are going to the right places. The area around Kalina is always busy with people and cars. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s not a fancy place, just where we sit and get the work done. Sometimes the elevators are slow, but that’s just part of being in an older building in Santacruz. We don’t really do marketing. Most people who work with us already know where we are. We focus on the logistics of ready-mix concrete. It’s a complicated job trying to time everything right with the city traffic. We just take it day by day. The view from the 7th floor is mostly other buildings and the road below. It’s a plain, working office where we deal with the daily grind of the industry. We just keep our heads down and work.
