We are located at B-104 in the City Point building. It’s right next to the Kohinoor Continental hotel in J B Nagar, along the Andheri-Kurla Road. If you know that area, you know how packed the traffic can get, especially during rush hour. RISHICHEM Distributors has been operating from this office for quite some time now. Being near the Andheri-Kurla Road is handy for getting around, even with the congestion. The office itself is pretty standard—desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of samples scattered about. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and customers. Since we are distributors, a lot of our work involves tracking shipments and making sure things arrive where they are supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination. We aren't the ones making the chemicals; we are the ones making sure they get moved. The team here is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. There’s no big hierarchy; we just talk to each other to get things done. Sometimes a shipment gets stuck at the port or a truck breaks down, and then it’s a bit of a scramble to fix it. We just take it as it comes. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the logistics and the relationships we’ve built over the years at this location. It’s a steady job and we have a good group of people here working together.
