Rishichem Distributors Pvt Ltd is tucked away in B104 at Citi Point on the J.B Nagar stretch of Andheri Kurla Road. Being in Andheri means we are always dealing with the rush and the noise of the city, but it is a good spot for a distribution business. We spend most of our time coordinating between suppliers and the people who need these chemical products. There is a lot of paperwork involved, checking lists, and making sure the right boxes are going to the right places. It is a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and through emails all day long. The office at Citi Point is where we do all the organizing. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of shipments moving at once, but we make it work. We are a small team and everyone has to pitch in with different things, whether it is answering the phones or helping with the loading lists. We have been in this area for a while, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the Kurla Road traffic when we can. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there.
