We've been at 148/a on Princess Street for a while now. It's a busy part of Mumbai, always crowded with people looking for medical stuff. Riddhi Siddhi Surgical Co. is just a regular shop here among many others. Most days we are just opening up early, sorting through boxes of supplies and helping whoever walks in the door. Princess Street has that specific energy, you know? It's noisy and there is never enough space for all the cartons. We keep our stock on the shelves and try to stay organized, though it gets messy when big deliveries arrive. People come here from all over the city because this area is known for surgical goods. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we keep what's needed. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard. We handle a lot of different items, mostly things hospitals and clinics need daily. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and checking lists. The building is old, like most things in this part of Mumbai-400002. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years, but the way we do things stays mostly the same. Just showing up, opening the shutters, and getting to work. If you're looking for us, we are right there in the thick of the Princess Street market hub.
