We’ve been running Riddhi Siddhi Logistic from our small office in Mulund West for a while now. It’s right there on the first floor of Jayanti, not too far from the Andheri bus stop area. To be honest, this line of work is mostly about keeping track of things and making sure trucks show up when they are supposed to. Some days are really loud with all the phones ringing and drivers asking for directions. We started out with just a couple of people and now we have a bit more work to handle every day. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we sit and sort out the paperwork. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but mostly we are just busy coordinating. We know the roads around here pretty well since we deal with transport all the time. It gets crowded near the bus stop, so finding parking for visitors can be a bit of a headache. We just try to get the jobs done and move on to the next one. There is always someone coming or going. We deal with all sorts of items that need moving. It’s not an easy job but it keeps us on our toes. We have been in this spot for some time and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don’t spend much time decorating, just working.
