If you head down 324 Dairy Hill Road, you will find where we work. Richter Chemie India isn't a massive complex, just a practical space where we handle our chemical business. The road itself is a bit quieter than the main highways, which we actually prefer. We spend a lot of our time checking containers and making sure the labels are right. Dealing with chemicals means you have to be careful, so we spend a lot of energy on the boring stuff like safety checks and storage temperatures. The building has seen better days, maybe needs a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We are a small group here. Most of us have been working together for long enough that we don't need to talk much to get the job done. We just know the routine. Some days are slow, especially when the weather is bad on Dairy Hill Road, but we stay busy with the paperwork. We don't really do much advertising. People in the trade know where we are and what we do. It is just a matter of being reliable and showing up every morning. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the business. It is just us, the barrels, and the daily logs at number 324. There are no fancy mission statements here, just a group of people doing a specific job.
