Our shop is number 5 in the Naman Housing Society, right on Dada Bhai Road in Andheri West. It's a typical Mumbai spot, a bit tucked away but easy to find if you know the area. The space is small, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. We spend a lot of time organizing the shelves and talking to the people from the building who stop by. Being in a housing society means we see a lot of familiar faces every day. It’s not a high-end showroom, just a practical shop where we do our business. The traffic on Dada Bhai Road can be quite loud, but we are used to it by now. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a one-room setup mostly. We don't have fancy furniture or anything. Just some stools and a counter. We handle a variety of things here, and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the rain gets heavy and we have to make sure the water doesn't come in under the door. It’s a simple life. We open up in the morning and close when the street gets quiet at night. It’s been our home base for several years. We like the community feel of being part of the society. The society committee is usually okay with us as long as we don't block the hallway with our deliveries. It’s a tight squeeze but we’ve managed for years. We just take it one day at a time here in Andheri.
