Renaisance

We’re located at 7, Rays House, in a spot called New Knt Wadi, which is just off Perry Road in Bandra (W). It’s a bit of a tucked-away corner in a very popular part of the city. Renaisance has its home here in this old building. Rays House has a lot of character, though the stairs are a bit narrow and steep. Being in Bandra means there’s always something happening nearby, but our little lane in New Knt Wadi is actually surprisingly quiet. We have a small office space that feels more like a home than a corporate room. There are old wooden windows that let in a nice bit of light during the morning hours. We keep a lot of books and papers around, and the desks are usually covered in whatever project we are currently focusing on. It’s a comfortable place to sit and work. We don't have any big signs out front, so you have to know where you’re going to find us. Sometimes the neighborhood cats wander near the door. We’ve been here for quite some time now and have seen the area change around us. Perry Road has become much busier, but our spot remains pretty much the same. It’s just a simple room where we spend our hours getting things done. We like the pace of things here. It feels like a real part of Bandra’s history, even if we are just one small office in a big city. We just come in, do our thing, and go home every evening after work.
