Our office is tucked away in the Millenium Tower in Sanpada. We are in Block A8, specifically in Flat 10/2. It’s a bit unusual because it’s a residential building, but it works for us. We handle the retail EPC side of things here. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at various project layouts on our screens. Navi Mumbai is a good area to be in, and the tower is pretty easy to spot from the road. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few desks squeezed in and a small area for making tea. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when we are all trying to hit a deadline at once. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a fancy front desk. It is just a workspace where we try to stay on top of our logistics. The view out the window is just more of Sanpada, which is fine. We have a small team, so we all know what everyone else is working on. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we have to leave early for meetings. We focus on the practical side of the retail projects and try to keep everything moving without making a big deal out of it. It’s a straightforward environment and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes in.
