Reliance Express

Our office is at Shop No 14 A in Raj Mahal Shopping center. This is right on the Andheri East Main Road, just across from Telli Lane. It’s a very busy spot and the traffic outside never really stops. Inside Reliance Express, things move quite fast. We handle a lot of parcels and documents every day. There are always boxes sitting on the floor waiting to be moved out. The counter gets a lot of use with people coming in to drop things off or ask about their deliveries. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons because of the sun hitting the front of the shop. We have a small staff and we all know each other's habits by now. Sometimes the phone rings non-stop and other times it’s just us catching up on logs. The building itself is an older one, so it has that lived-in feeling. We don’t go for any big decorations; we just have what is necessary to get the parcels where they need to go. Working in Andheri East means you are always in the middle of the rush. We are used to the noise and the pace of the street. Every morning we open up and start sorting through the pile. It is honest work and we stay busy from start to finish. There is always something to be labeled or a delivery to track down on the system.
