Our place is on Sangrampura Main Road, number 23, right in the heart of Ghatkopar West. It’s a busy street with lots of foot traffic every single day. We handle both mobile phones and computers here, which keeps us pretty busy from morning until night. If a laptop is acting up or a phone screen is cracked, people usually bring it to us to take a look. We’ve been at this spot for several years now and have gotten to know the locals well. The office is a bit small for all the towers and monitors we have sitting around, but we make it work. We aren't some giant tech corporation with a huge staff; we're just a local shop where you can talk directly to the person fixing your stuff. I usually handle the computer side of things while my partner looks after the mobiles. We buy and sell used gear too, if it's still in good enough shape to be useful. Ghatkopar West is a good area, though parking on the main road can be a real headache for our customers. We tell them to park a block away and walk over if they can. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished sales pitch for anyone. We just look at the problem, tell you what it might cost to fix, and then get to work. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on.
