We are located in Unit No 1 on the ground floor of the C Wing in New Shivneri Co-Op Housing Society. It’s in Mukund Nagar, not far from the Khambadevi Mandir. Being in a residential society means it’s a bit quieter than the main road, which we appreciate. We deal in gift articles, so our space is usually packed with all sorts of items waiting to be sorted or sent out. It can look a bit messy with all the wrapping paper and boxes, but we know where everything is. People often drop by because they saw our name while visiting the temple or live nearby in the society. We don’t have a big storefront with lights. It’s more of a practical workspace where we manage the inventory. Some days are spent just counting stock and making sure nothing is damaged. It’s a small operation, really. We handle the orders as they come in. Sometimes the delivery van has a hard time parking near the wing, but we make it work. The neighbors are used to us by now. We’ve been in this spot for a while and it suits what we do. It’s just about getting the gifts ready and making sure they get where they need to go. We keep it simple and don't try to be anything we're not. It's a steady pace most of the year, getting busier during the festivals when everyone wants something special.
