Rehal Engineering Works

Rehal Engineering Works is tucked away in Unit No. F-26 at the Sharad Industrial Estate. If you know Bhandup West, you know how Lake Road gets during the rush hour. It is pretty loud and there is always something going on outside. We have been in this specific unit for quite a few years now. It is a basic workshop setup with the usual machines you would expect for engineering work. Nothing fancy to look at, just a lot of metal, grease, and tools scattered around the benches. We spend most of our days here handling whatever jobs come through the door. Sometimes it is small repairs and other times it is bigger fabrication work that takes up the whole floor space. The light in the back of the unit isn't the best, so we usually have the big front shutter open to get some air and sunshine in while we work. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer months. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we just get on with the tasks. We aren't really the type to sit in an office all day. There is a small desk for the bills and the phone, but usually, we are out by the lathes or the welding area. It is a regular local business where everyone knows each other's names and we take our tea breaks when the work allows. We keep things pretty simple here.
