We have our office in Matunga, right in Maheshwari Bhawan on Telang Road. It’s a very central spot, especially since we’re so close to the Matunga Central Railway station. You can hear the trains sometimes, which is just part of the atmosphere here. We work on RCC structural designs. It involves a lot of math and checking things twice. The building we are in, Scheme No 6, is an older one but it has character. We don't have a modern office with ergonomic chairs and glass partitions. It’s more about old wooden desks and stacks of papers. It gets quite busy around here with people rushing to the station. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time. Most of our day is spent looking at how much reinforcement a beam needs or checking slab thickness. We don’t do anything flashy. It’s just honest structural work. We like the local vibe of Matunga, with all the flower markets and small eateries nearby. It’s a good place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to provide the drawings and designs that people need for their houses or buildings. It’s a small, dedicated team here. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work. It’s a comfortable routine and we have no plans to change it anytime soon.
