Our office for Rayspread Motors (Opc) Private Limited is in a well-known building called Jolly Maker Apartment No-1. We are located at Plot-95 / 97 on GD Somani Marg in Cuffe Parade. It’s on the 11th floor, room number 113. Cuffe Parade is a pretty established part of Mumbai, right down in the southern tip of the city. It’s got a lot of history and a lot of tall buildings. Working in the motors industry from here means we are often dealing with people from all over. The atmosphere in the building is professional but we try to keep our own office feeling a bit more relaxed. We aren't big on formalities. Most of the time, we are just busy tracking parts or talking to suppliers. It’s a one-person company setup basically, since it's an OPC, so things are pretty direct. There isn't any bureaucracy to deal with here. If something needs to be done, I just do it. The view of the city from the 11th floor is actually quite nice, especially in the evenings when all the lights come on. But during the day, it's all about the work. Being in the 400005 zip code means we are close to some of the old business districts. It’s a convenient spot for meetings, though the traffic in South Mumbai can be a nightmare if you don't time it right. We just keep our heads down and focus on the motor business day by day. That is really all there is to it.
