We have our office on Samuel Street, at number 339/341. It’s Office No. 18 on the third floor. This is right in the thick of the old city market area. If you’ve ever been to Samuel Street, you know it’s packed with people, handcarts, and the smell of all kinds of things. We deal with specialty chemicals. Our office is quite old, just like the building. It’s a small space, and we have it filled with files, ledger books, and sample bottles. We’ve been operating from here for a lot of years. It’s a family-style business where everyone knows everyone else on the street. We spend our time sourcing chemicals and managing the distribution. The stairs up to the third floor are a bit steep and narrow, but it’s just how things are here. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to clients on the phone. Sometimes the noise from the street is so loud we have to shout to be heard. It’s a busy, cramped environment, but there’s a lot of history in these walls. We don't use fancy talk. We just know the chemical trade and we do our best to get the right products to our customers. It’s a hard place to work sometimes, but we wouldn’t be anywhere else. We just keep things moving.
