Our office is tucked away in Malad West, specifically at No. 2-A in the Vrindavan building. It’s on Ramchandra Lane, which isn’t the biggest road, but it’s familiar to everyone around here. Ravi Kiran Chemicals has been operating out of this spot for some time. We aren't a huge corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s more of a ground-level or first-floor kind of vibe where we just get the work done. The room is usually filled with the sound of fans and people on the phone. We deal with various chemical products, mostly coordinating between manufacturers and the people who actually use them in their factories. Malad can get quite crowded, especially during the monsoon when the lanes get a bit messy, but we’re used to it. We keep our files in old metal cabinets and try to stay on top of the orders coming in. There’s a tea stall not too far away that we frequent. People stop by to talk business, and we keep it simple. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a really big meeting, which isn't often. We just focus on the chemicals and making sure the deliveries are on time. It’s a quiet corner of a busy suburb, and we like it that way. It’s honest work and we’ve built some good relationships with the neighbors and our regular transporters over the years. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done.
