We are located in the Nand Bhuvan Industrial Estate on Mahakali Caves Road. It’s a well-known spot in Andheri East, though the traffic on this road can be quite something during the day. We have units A-27 and 28. It’s an older building, but it serves our purposes perfectly. Inside, it’s a mix of office space and storage. We deal with various industrial products and parts. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more concerned with making sure the inventory is organized and the shipments are going out correctly. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of other businesses around us, so there’s always a bit of noise from the street and the other units. We’ve been here for years, and we know the other shop owners nearby. It feels like a small community in the middle of a big city. Our staff has been with us for a long time, so they know the routine. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; we just rely on the work we’ve done. Sometimes the elevators in the estate are slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s a practical way to work. We spend our days answering queries and looking over invoices. It’s a straightforward business life. Nothing too complicated, just making sure we keep things moving and stay on top of the daily tasks without any unnecessary drama.
