Ratan Jogani

Ratan Jogani is based out of 103 A in Kanakia Park 2, which is part of the Thakur Complex in Kandivali East. It is a busy part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives around here knows. Being in 400101 means there is always something happening right outside the door. This place is more of a workspace than a traditional store. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through papers at the desk. The room is not very large, but it is enough for what we need to get through the tasks of the day. Usually, people come by if they have a specific reason to see us, rather than just wandering in off the street. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. It is a practical location for us because it is easy for people to find once they get into the complex. We do not have any big corporate signs or a fleet of cars. It is just a small operation handled by people who know the area well. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes a bit too long, but that is just how things are. We focus on the work at hand and do not worry too much about the rest. Every day is a bit different, depending on what our clients need or what projects are currently on the table. We just keep it moving.
