Our place is located in the Govt. Industrial Estate in Charkop, Kandivali West. We are at 11-D. Charkop has a very specific feel to it, lots of industrial sheds and small companies all working side by side. We’ve been in this unit for quite a long time. It’s a sturdy building, but you can tell it’s been through a lot of seasons. We do a lot of industrial work here, so the space is filled with heavy equipment and raw materials. It’s not the kind of place you’d come to for a fancy coffee, but we always have a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by. We don't really care for big titles or corporate hierarchies. We all just pitch in to get the jobs done. The estate can get quite muddy during the monsoon, and the parking can be a bit of a struggle, but we make it work. Our days are mostly spent coordinating with suppliers and making sure our production schedule doesn't fall behind. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but it’s usually piled high with folders and blueprints. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know our way around. We’ve built a steady reputation in the Charkop area just by being consistent and showing up every day. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a decent business. When the power goes out, we just take it as a chance to take a breather before getting back to the machines.
