Rana & Sons

Rana & Sons is located at 128A in the Kandivali Industrial Estate, which is part of Charkop in Kandivali West. The estate is a huge place with lots of small workshops and factories all crammed together. Our unit is just a simple space where we do our work. It is a family business, so it is usually just us and a couple of helpers. We have been here for many years and have seen the estate grow and change. The lanes around Charkop can be very crowded with trucks and delivery vans, so getting here can take some time if you are driving. Inside our shop, it is mostly about the metalwork. We have our machines and benches set up, and there is always a bit of grease and oil on the floor. It is a hardworking environment, and we don't mind the noise or the heat. We don't have a front office or a place for people to sit; most people just come to the door and talk to us while we work. We take pride in what we do, but we don't feel the need to boast about it. It is just about doing a good job and keeping the business going. The community in the industrial estate is quite close, and we know most of our neighbors. It's not fancy but it's ours.
