Rambachan Transports

Our office is located at Vasant Chawl No 3, right on the Mazgaon Main Road. It’s part of the Basant Kumar area and we are directly opposite the Hasanabad Masjid. Rambachan Transports has been operating from this chawl for quite some time now. Dealing with transport means there’s always something happening with the trucks or the schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to drivers who stop by. The office is small and filled with papers and logbooks. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic on the main road outside. We handle a lot of moving goods from one part of the city to another. It's hard work and the hours can be very long. Sometimes a truck gets stuck in traffic and everything gets delayed. We just have to manage it as it comes. We aren't some big logistics corporation. We are just a local transport group that knows the roads around Mazgaon and the rest of Mumbai. Most of our drivers have been with us for years. They know the shortcuts and the best times to move. We sit here in the chawl and keep track of everything. It’s a bit cramped with all the furniture and the files, but it works for us. We don't need anything fancy to get the job done. The masjid across the street is a good landmark for people finding us. We just keep moving things from point A to point B.
