You can find us out on Madh Island, right on the Madh Jetty Road. We are situated near the Shivaji Nagar Bus Stop and directly opposite the Madh Masjid. It’s a bit of a journey to get here if you aren't already on the island, but for the locals, we are a very familiar spot. The hospital is a multispeciality private limited company, but it functions like a small community hub for the people around Madh Isl. We have a simple building that looks out toward the road where the buses pass by. Inside, things are kept very basic. We have a few wards, a consultation area, and a small office for all the paperwork. The staff often listens for the prayer calls from the mosque across the street to keep track of the time during their shifts. We see all kinds of people, from the fishermen to the families living in the nearby colonies. The pace here is a bit slower than the main city hospitals, but we still stay busy with our daily rounds and emergency cases. We don't have any big corporate slogans; we just show up and do the medical work that needs to be done. The rooms are plain and we keep the medical equipment in the back where it’s safe. It is a unique place to work because of the location, but at the end of the day, it's just a regular hospital where we help our neighbors as best as we can.
