We are located at Plot No. 23 in the Hareram Harekrishna Industrial Estate. It’s right on I.B. Patel Road in Goregaon East. It’s a typical industrial area, so there’s always a lot of loading and unloading going on nearby. Our space is basically a big workshop where we handle our daily business. It’s noisy and busy most of the time, but we’re used to it. We’ve been here for a while, and the estate has a lot of regular faces. We deal with various supplies and materials that come in and out. The floors are concrete and there’s always a bit of grease or dust around, which is normal for this kind of work. We have a small desk area for the billing, but most of the action happens on the main floor. My team is small, just a few local guys who know the trade. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Most people find us because they’ve been told where to go. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we keep the fans going. Goregaon East is a good spot for us because of the transport links. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure everything is counted correctly before it leaves. The gate is usually open from early morning. Sometimes we stay late when a big delivery comes in. It’s a simple, gritty kind of business, nothing more.
