Rajhans Hotel

Opposite the railway station in Chembur is where you will find us. If you know Mumbai, you know how frantic it gets around any station. We are right in the middle of all that movement. From our windows, you can see people running to catch their trains all day long. Rajhans Hotel has been here for quite some time, and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. We are just a local hotel trying to provide a spot for travelers who need to stay near the tracks. The building is older, and you can definitely hear the city outside, but that’s just life in 400071. We don’t have any polished speeches about our history. We just know that when the local trains are running, we are open. The rooms are basic and we try to keep them tidy, though the humid Mumbai weather always keeps us busy with maintenance. Most of our guests are people coming for business or visiting family nearby. They don’t want anything complicated. They just want a key to their room and a bit of peace after being out in the heat. We do our own thing here, day in and day out, watching the station crowds go by. It’s a steady kind of life in a very busy part of town.
