Rajeshwari Dye-Chem. Pvt. Ltd. is located in Room 8 of the Zakaria Bldg. It’s on the 2Nd Floor, and the stairs are quite narrow, so moving stuff up and down can be a real workout. We are right on 7-Chakala, Street in Masjid Bander, which is one of the busiest parts of the city. If you’ve ever been here, you know how the handcarts and trucks are always blocking the way. It’s a mess, but there’s a lot of energy in it. Our office is small and filled with samples of different dyes and chemicals. It’s an old building, so the walls have that aged look, and we have folders stacked up wherever they fit. We’ve been operating here for years, dealing with the textile people and the industrial shops nearby. Dealing with dyes is a colorful business, literally, though it can get a bit messy if a bag leaks. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk, probably on the phone or writing out an invoice. The noise from the street below never really stops, so we have to talk a bit louder to be heard. It’s just the way things are in Masjid Bander. We do our best to keep track of the orders and get things delivered through the crowded lanes. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists, but it’s what we know.
