Raj Marketing

Raj Marketing is up on the second floor of the Swadeshi Market Building. You can find us at Shop No. 101. Being on Kalbadevi Road means it is always noisy and there are people everywhere outside. The stairs up to the shop are a bit narrow, so carrying big files or samples up and down can be a real workout. We spend most of our time at our desks dealing with various marketing tasks and keeping the paperwork in order. The building is quite old, but it has a lot of character and we have gotten used to the way things work around here. It gets pretty hot in the summer months because the breeze doesn’t always reach the middle of the market. We have some fans going, but it’s still a bit of a struggle sometimes. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on our daily lists. There are a lot of other businesses in this building, so you see the same faces every day in the hallways. We aren't trying to do anything fancy; we just want to get the work finished so we can beat the evening rush home. The traffic on Kalbadevi Road is no joke, so we usually try to time our exit just right. It’s a practical place to work from and being in the heart of the market makes it easy to get things delivered or sent out.
