If you find yourself wandering around Bhayander East, specifically near the Ravish Complex, you’ll find us at J-5. This is where Rainbow Engineering Company operates. It’s an industrial kind of vibe here, with the smell of metal and oil often hanging in the air. We’ve got machines that have been with us for years, and they still hum along just fine. The floor is usually covered in some shavings or bits of scrap, no matter how much we try to sweep it up at the end of the shift. J-5 isn't the biggest unit in the complex, but we make the most of the space we have. There’s a small desk in the corner where the paperwork piles up, but most of the work happens out on the floor. The light coming through the windows gets a bit dusty by the afternoon. We mostly deal with local orders and small-scale engineering tasks that come our way. It’s not glamorous work, and my hands are usually stained with something that won't come off easily. We know the other guys in the complex pretty well; we often borrow tools or grab a quick snack from the vendors outside. Bhayander gets quite hot in the summer, and the tin roof doesn't help much, but we keep the fans going. It’s just an honest day’s work here, nothing more, nothing less. We just focus on getting the pieces right and making sure everything that leaves our shop is actually solid.
