Rahul Clothing Co. is located at No. 71/77 Champagalli, up on the first floor in Room No. 13 of M. J. Market. This is right on Kalbadevi Road, which is one of the most crowded places you can imagine. If you’ve ever been to M. J. Market, you know how it is—narrow corridors, heaps of cloth everywhere, and people shouting to get through. Our room is small and packed with bundles of clothes. We’ve been in this market for years. It’s a historic place for textiles. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning. It’s mostly just us, our stock, and a ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise. We don't do much in the way of marketing or advertising. Most of our customers are people who have been buying from us for a long time. They know where to find Room 13. Kalbadevi is a tough place to work because of the heat and the crowds, but it’s where the business happens. We spend our days counting stock and talking to traders. It's a very loud environment. Sometimes it's hard to keep track of everything in such a small space, but we have our own system. We don't claim to be the biggest or anything like that. We are just Rahul Clothing Co., doing our thing in the middle of a very busy market. It's a lot of legwork, but that's just part of being in Champagalli. We just keep our heads down and focus on the orders.
