Shree Balaji Screen Art

We are located at Plot No 286 in Sanjeevani Society, which is over in Ghatkopar East. If you are looking for us, we are right near Shubham Karoti. Shree Balaji Screen Art is basically a small operation where we do all our screen printing work. It’s not a huge fancy factory or anything like that. Just a regular workspace where we get things done every day. We started this because we knew how to handle the screens and the ink. Most days start early so we can get the colors ready. We handle all sorts of orders that come through the door. Some people want simple things and others have more specific ideas for their prints. It gets a bit crowded in here when we have a lot of frames drying at once. We’ve stayed in this same spot for a good while now. The neighbors in Sanjeevani Society know us pretty well by this point. Sometimes the smell of the ink is a bit strong but that’s just how it is with this kind of work. We don’t really do much talking, mostly just focusing on the prints. It’s a bit of a manual process. You have to be careful with the alignment or the whole thing looks off. We’ve learned a lot over the years by just doing it. It’s a practical business for us. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure the work goes out to those who need it.
