Radiance Unisex Salon

Vashi is a nice place. We're in Sector 29, specifically at Shiv Pooja Building. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but Plot 99 is easy to find if you know the area. We’ve got shop numbers 7 and 8 here. It’s not a huge place, but it works for us and the people who live around here. Mostly, it’s just the usual stuff—haircuts, some color work, and skin things when people feel like it. Men and women both come in, so it gets pretty loud sometimes with everyone talking at once. We’ve been at this for a while now. The humidity in Navi Mumbai is no joke, so we spend a lot of time helping people fix their frizzy hair after they’ve been out in the heat. It’s just us doing our jobs day in and day out. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but once you’re inside, it’s okay. We don't have fancy coffee machines or anything like that, just some water and maybe the radio playing in the background. People seem to like that it’s straightforward here. We don’t try to push products on anyone because that just feels wrong. If someone wants a trim, they get a trim. It’s a simple business. We try to keep the mirrors clean and the floor swept, though with so many people coming through, the hair piles up fast. That’s just how it is in a busy salon in Vashi.
