We are based at 31 Kolsite House, which is inside the Shan Industrial Estate on Vira Desai Road in Andheri West. This area is mostly industrial, so there are always trucks and vans moving around the estate. Our office is a bit hidden away compared to the shops on the main road, but that suits us just fine. We handle various hospital services from this location. It’s more of a functional workspace than a medical facility you’d walk into for a checkup. Inside, we have rows of filing cabinets and desks where our small team coordinates things. We’ve been in Andheri West for a long time, and we’ve seen Vira Desai Road change from a quiet lane to a very busy commercial hub. Kolsite House is an older building, so it has some character, like the heavy doors and the way the echo travels down the hall. We keep the fans on during the day because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. Our staff consists of people who have been with us for years. We don't have a fancy reception area with a coffee machine or anything like that. It’s just a plain room where we get our work done every day. People usually come here to drop off papers or discuss service arrangements. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup that works for the kind of logistical support we provide.
