Our setup at R R Chemicals & Industries Pvt Ltd is in Goregaon West. We are based in the Ashirwad Industrial Estate at Thakur Village, specifically at unit 27/5. It has that typical industrial vibe where every unit is busy. There is often a smell of manufacturing or chemicals in the air. We have been working out of this unit for a long time. The space is mostly filled with equipment and rows of boxes. It isn't a place with carpets; it's all concrete floors and heavy metal doors. Deliveries are always moving in and out, so the entrance stays a bit cluttered. Our staff are used to the heavy lifting and the long hours. Even though Thakur Village has grown into a residential hub, this industrial pocket feels the same. We have a daily routine of checking stock and keeping our records straight. It gets loud when the neighbors are running their machines. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the work. It’s a gritty and honest way to spend the day. Sometimes the power cuts out and we all just stand by the gate for a while. We chat with the guys from the other units until the lights come back on and we can get back to it. It is just a normal industrial unit where we spend most of our waking hours getting things sorted and sent out.
