R Purushottam & Sons

We are R Purushottam & Sons, located in Goregaon East at 36/A, unit 3, inside the Small Industrial Estate. This place is pretty much what you’d expect from an industrial area. There is a lot of dust and the sound of machines running in the next unit over. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. It’s a family-run thing, and we don’t put on any acts about being bigger than we are. The office part is just a small corner walled off from the main workspace. It gets hot in the summer, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. Our address at I B Small Industrial Estate is right in the middle of all the action. We see trucks loading and unloading all day long. Sometimes the road gets blocked by a delivery, and we just have to wait it out. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just handle the orders and talk to the people who buy from us. Most of our day is spent making sure the inventory is right and that the work gets done on time. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how a real workshop looks. We know the other business owners nearby and we help each other out when someone needs a tool or a bit of advice. It's a hard-working life here.
