The street is always moving with cars and people. Our building is a bit tucked away but people find us eventually. We specialize in stones and laparoscopy. The interior is set up for efficiency, not for looking pretty. We have a lot of regular staff who know the patients by name. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes with all the medical equipment. We try to keep the wait times down, but it’s a busy hospital. We don't have a big corporate team running things from some distant office. It’s just the doctors and the support staff working through the daily schedule. The monsoon season makes the road outside a bit messy, but we stay open regardless of the weather. We get people coming from all over Mumbai because of our location near the station. It’s a practical environment. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We’ve been here long enough to see the buildings around us change, but we stay the same.
