R D Services is located at Fort 2nd Cross on Charles Campbell Road. You can find us inside the Shri Sadguru Complex, which is right opposite the Vithal Mandir. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and the prayers throughout the day, which is quite nice actually. Our space is more of a workshop than a store. It’s full of tools, spare parts, and whatever we are working on at the moment. The light inside the complex isn't the best, so we use some heavy-duty bulbs to see the small details of our work. We aren't the type to wear uniforms or have a polished reception desk. Usually, someone is hunched over a workbench with grease on their hands. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just getting the job done. The floor is often covered in bits of wire or metal shavings, though we try to sweep up every evening. People come to us because they know where we are located in the Fort area. We don’t spend money on marketing; we just rely on the fact that we’ve been here in this complex for a good while. The stairs leading up to us are a bit steep and narrow, but once you’re inside, there’s plenty of room to talk about what needs fixing. We keep a bottle of water and a radio on the shelf to keep us going through the long afternoons when it gets quiet.
