If you ever find yourself at Orchid Plaza in Dahisar East, you’ll probably see us at Shop No. 63. We’re right near the Movie Gem Cinema on R. T. Road, which is a place most people around here know pretty well. It’s a good spot to have a shop because there is always someone walking by after a movie or just doing their shopping. We started R. D Fashion because we wanted to have a small place for clothes in our own neighborhood. It’s not a huge store, but we make use of every inch of space we have on the shelves. Most days, you’ll find one of us behind the counter talking to a regular or trying to organize the new stock that just came in. Sometimes the plaza gets a bit loud, but we like the energy of it. We don’t use any complicated systems; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way. It’s a simple setup. We try to keep a variety of things so that when someone walks in, they might find something they like without too much fuss. We aren't trying to be some high-end boutique from the city center. We are just a local shop in Dahisar trying to make a living and help people find some decent clothes. It gets a bit crowded on weekends, but that’s just part of being in a busy plaza. Stop by next time you’re near the cinema. We are usually around from morning until late evening.
