R C C Transport

If you head down Maheshwari Road and turn into the 7th Cross, you will find R C C Transport. We have been operating from this little corner for a good while now. It is a practical location for a transport business because we have enough space to handle the coming and going of vehicles. The 7th Cross can get a bit tight when two big trucks try to pass each other, so there is usually a lot of shouting and waving hands involved in the afternoons. Our office is just a simple room where we keep track of the schedules and the drivers. There is always a pot of tea on the go because someone is always just coming back from a long trip or getting ready to head out. The walls are covered in old calendars and maps that have been there since we started. It’s a dusty job, and the floor is usually covered in footprints from the yard. We don't spend much on fancy furniture because it wouldn't last a week with the kind of work we do. Most of the day is spent on the phone, checking where the loads are and talking to the guys on the road. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when a delivery is late or the weather turns bad, but that is just the transport life. We are just regular people making sure things get from one place to another. We stay busy.
