The street outside can get quite busy, especially near the bakery. We have people coming in from all over Malad. We don’t use any big sales pitches. If someone needs a wheelchair, we just show them what we have and let them try it out. The floors are concrete and the shelves are metal. It’s a straightforward business. We keep the doors open during the day, and we see a mix of regular medical professionals and families who are just trying to take care of someone. It’s a quiet, steady life here on 7th Main, and we like the routine.
